Inside

Lounge
This is a spacious room with a dining table and modern sofas. There is a TV/DVD/video and CD player and you’ll find games and videos in the cupboard.

This will be slightly smaller than shown but with large French windows leading onto the garden.

Bathroom & Toilet (not shown)
There will be a brand new bathroom and a brand new shower room – both with WCs

Bedroom 1
A double room, looking onto the back garden, with wooden bed and wardrobe.

Bedroom 2
This is a bright, double room with new wooden bed and wardrobe, overlooking the front garden.

Bedroom 3
This twin room has full-size single beds and a wardrobe. This is the largest bedroom and provides plenty of space for children to play. There is a travel cot, but please note, we don’t provide linen for the cot.
The kitchen
The kitchen overlooks the back garden. It is well-equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, as well as a full-size oven and hob. Work top space is more than adequate and there is a table and chairs for breakfast and informal meals. There is one highchair and we can usually provide a second if needed.

The kitchen will be larger than shown, with plenty of room for dining and large doors opening into the living room.

Outside

The house
Candleford is a three-bed, heated bungalow set in its own tranquil gardens (front and rear) close to the beach.
The garden
There are gardens to the front and rear of Candleford. Both are enclosed not overlooked. There is a picnic table, a slide and swing and deckchairs in the shed. Beyond the garden there is private parking for two cars.
